QUOTE Reviews? Critisism? Did you hate it? Are there things I need to change? I want to know! Easy......... Printed it's 27 pages. I read the first ten yesterday before sleeping. I will read the rest today. So far it was sometimes quite amusing. Sometimes I would have wished a bit more detail. It seems inevitable to let Bashir suffer in fan fiction - I wonder why..... My favourite line so far: "He who hesitates is lost!" For some reason I found it extremely funny. Ulli |

"He who hesitates is lost"....No, I'm not that clever. It was actually from a Lemony Snicket book, so no, if you're going to praise someone for that, it would be Captain Widdershins. (Aye!)
Thanks for the review (so far) Rock on! Vi -------------------- ![]() (\__/) (=‘.’=) See this bunny? Copy him on your post. Help him on his way to global domination. Remember...There are three men in this world that make me squee:SidSuburbs |

QUOTE "He who hesitates is lost"....No, I'm not that clever. It was actually from a Lemony Snicket book, so no, if you're going to praise someone for that, it would be Captain Widdershins. (Aye!) But you put it in the story, in a way that made me imagine Bashir's facial expression - what, in my opinion made it extremely funny. Okay, I have a headache now. I always get one when time travelling stuff is involved. To be honest, I'm not a fan of the "Bashir gets Dax, gets married and the two of them have lots of children". But that's a quite personal opinion and since the epilogue is not really connected to the story I would say your story is quite entertaining. (Good bedtime reading. - I dreamed of turtles that night - don't ask why, I don't know. Ulli |

I just read it and I liked it very much. Although I have to agree that more details would be better. But this didn't stop me to read it fully.
I am a fan of "Bashir gets Dax" and so on, and I would have liked more detail especially in this part of the story. Just the two of them saying the magic words and kissing. But great work! -------------------- ![]() ![]() |

The reason I left out so many details is because I kinda expect you guys to read Lemony Snicket first, cause, ya know, technicallly this story is a crossover piece between DS9 and A Series of Unfortunate Events, and for another thing, I didn't know what would (will) happen in the Lemony Snicket books after the eleventh one (there are gonna be 13).
Thank you very much for the reviews, though! Rock on! Vi ps. Sorry if you didn't like the "Bashir gets Dax" angle; I only put it in because I was so sick of seeing such a hottie get shoved off by so many girls! -------------------- ![]() (\__/) (=‘.’=) See this bunny? Vi,
I've finished--it takes me time in between family, work, and all the other little things of Life! That aside, however, I enjoyed the story thoroughly with what little knowledge I have. I do know Julian and Ezri, Sisko and Kira (in fact my granddaughter was named after her), and in that regard your characters are very familiar---you've drawn them well, true-to-character. Keep on writing!!! This post has been edited by Sancha: Dec 7 2005, 02:37 AM -------------------- Do you know Mr. Shaitana well? ... No. Not at all. ... Do you know him? I know that he likes to be different. Probably went to the wrong kind of school, eh? Cards on the Table (A&E production based on a novel by Agatha Christie) |

I'm with Sancha, you've been true to the characters and I couldn't be happier. You have some serious skill! Keep it going, it's a real talent!
