Wow, those are some amazingly awesome photos from Weekend Trek!! Whoever you are, Sergio, thank you so much! Beautiful clarity and sharpness, and from so close up -- what a pleasure!

And I must say, Sid looks fantastic. In some shots, he looks like he could be in his twenties, except I really think he looks even better now than he did then. I adore him with the scruffy, short beard, and I haven't seen it paired with the short hair for a while. And it's so much fun to see him and Andy having such a good time together. (Andy, you look good, too.)

If he won't come to a convention in the US, the next best thing is what we can find here -- these wonderful photos and that priceless video. Thank you, again, to Sergio and Cesar!!!!

The pictures are on the front page.

I like Sid's 'Larsen's Fish Market' shirt. I can hear him thinking: 'Now, what shall I wear to the Weekend Trek covention? Ah, my Larsen's Fish Market shirt. That will be perfect.' biggrin.gif Larsen's Fish Market is on Martha's Vineyard. It's a real working fish market, kind of rough, but with lots of character. You can buy freshly caught and prepared seafood and then find someplace outside on the wharf or down on the beach to eat it.

I was wondering the same thing. Cause normally Sid looks like he takes time to choose what he's going to wear. But I guess he figured he was with a bunch of "nutcases" like us instead of the press who would be judging everything, he can wear something comfortable. We really don't care what he's wearing do we? He could be wearing a paper bag and we'd be happy to see him. paperbag3.gif

(Not that I've had the pleasure. Who knows, maybe we'll run into each other in Starbucks one day after I move or something like that. wink.gif Stranger things have happened)
