I seem to remember seeing this recently on the boards but I can't find it now so maybe I imagined it? Anyway Cinemax and HBO are promoting "Strike Back" on Twitter as an explosive new series coming this summer.

Watching the video confirmed what I remember reading in Entertainment Weekly. This is a new installment of the show, which Cinemax is promoting as a completely new series (which it is to the U.S., but in reality is not). It also looks like it is in a different location, as planned, so I would imagine no Sid, especially since we've heard no mention of it before.
I watched the series (on YouTube;-). However, it was a little too close to home, so unless Sid makes an appearance in future seasons/series (since we know he didn't die!), I won't be watching it. -------------------- Meghan

Yep, looks like this is season 2 of Strike Back, which Sid isn't in.
